Previews for the Comme des Garcons line at H&M are finally out. It's official, I think I hate everything I've seen so far. I mildly enjoy the blue coat, but it's not an item for which I would be willing to wait 4 hours in the brute cold morning. I like the men's blazer a little, but again not enough to endure the long queue. I hope better stuff comes along, or maybe not. I feel like I'm getting too old for this. Maybe if it ends up being a bad year for H&M, I won't feel so bad for not going. :P

OK. I know, Guess shoes. But look at the hotness.......Who am I, Paris Hilton? I need to expand my vocabulary to describe "hotness". I could be a total scientist and say, "Eureka! Observe the exothermic shoes!" :P

I know it's been awhile and you're probably thinking what could possibly bring me back to blogging. Ah yes, the annual H&M craze...
So the first images of the Comme des Garcons diffusion line for H&M have surfaced on the Internet and it looks very harajuku-meets-goth. So far, I'm not impressed. This sentiment seems to be present in the beginning for all the H&M lines except for King Karl's contribution, and eventually I grow to love it all. I'm seriously not so sure about this....
Apparently the "show piece" item is the black victorian-like coat seen below. Admittedly, I wanted to go Goth and completely missed out on those days in highschool, I am not sure that trying to live it now when I'm almost 28 will fly. The coat looks nice though, but I'm not sure I would prize it the same way I do with the others (wedding gown and flapper dress).
What are your opinions of the designs thus far?
